• Produced from the nectar of the rare gum arabic trees in the Dhofar governorate, in the spring season between March and April only.
• Extremely scarce quantities make it one of the rarest and most sought-after honeys.
• A light colour verging on yellow with sheen and clarity, a viscous, flowing texture and a strong, rich aroma, in a 500 g jar.
